You get a written, fixed quote first. No deposit on your first small project (anything under £3,000). We build the project and show it to you in our live environment. When you are happy and have signed it off, then you pay. Then we move the project to your live environment.
After that, jobs are paid in three parts: 50% to start, 40% when the build is complete, and the last 10% on receipt of invoice after delivery.
If it breaks because of something we built, we fix it free for 90 days after go-live. Changes, and fixes for things that changed on your side, £90 an hour. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. Hosting, n8n and AI API costs are billed to you directly. We do not mark them up. Where a build is priced on value, we show you the arithmetic: what the job costs you today, what it costs after, and what you keep.
